Dashboard

Dashboard Dashboard

The Dashboard is your organization's command center for AI development activity. It surfaces spend, developer activity, session volume, and compliance health at a glance — so engineering leaders can monitor AI tool adoption without digging into detailed analytics.

Why It Matters

As teams adopt AI coding assistants, leadership needs visibility into usage and costs. The Dashboard puts the most important metrics in one place: whether AI spend is trending up, how many developers are active, and whether compliance is healthy. Every card links to deeper analytics, so a question raised by a metric is one click from an answer.

It also serves as an early warning system — a spike in token usage, a drop in compliance score, or a surge in unsigned sessions are immediately visible.

KPI Cards

Four cards in a 2×2 grid, each with a current value, trend indicator, and sparkline chart:

Total Spend Estimated cost across all AI sessions in the selected period
Active Devs Unique developers with at least one AI session
Sessions Total AI coding sessions started
Total Tokens All tokens processed (input, output, and cached)

A horizontal bar showing average session duration, average tool calls per session, and average context compactions per session.

Top Authors Leaderboard

The five developers with the highest AI spend, showing session count, tokens, and cost. Links to the full authors analytics.

Compliance Card

Compliance score as a color-coded percentage (green ≥ 95%, amber 80–94%, red < 80%), with unsigned session count and chain verification status. Links to the compliance dashboard.

Cache Savings

Dollar amount saved through prompt caching, with savings as a percentage of total cost.
